A large volume of prefabricated pipe spools were manufactured in-house within our workshop using thin wall metric stainless steel. All spools were carefully set out, cut and formed to precise measurements before being accurately aligned and welded in a controlled workshop environment.

Carrying out the prefabrication off-site allowed us to maintain strict control over tolerances, weld quality and overall consistency, ensuring each spool was produced to a high standard and ready for efficient installation. The use of thin wall metric stainless required a high level of skill and attention to detail, particularly during fit up and welding, to achieve clean, uniform welds and maintain material integrity throughout.

This approach reduced on site fabrication time, improved installation efficiency and ensured a reliable, repeatable quality across the entire scope of works.
